Hi there, yes it is available for cash. I mentioned in my post that I have a trade pending for Monday, with the agreement that if I got a cash offer over the weekend I'd go with that instead.

I'm funding another project so I'm looking for cash more than trade.

That being said an attractive trade is an attractive trade.
