Mail ordered a set of Crimson Trace LG-105 grips for a Jr frame S &W, to duplicate a set I had from before Crimson Trace sold to Smith & Wesson in 2016. Comparing the two, it's obvious S&W made every effort to reduce the manufacturing cost by taking out every gram of plastic they could and changing the design.
Maybe just the opinion of an old primer but sad to see a formerly great product redesigned to get an extra set of grips for every hundred made. Returned 'em and now looking for another choice, probably without laser.

It's almost everything made in regular production these days.
I was just noticing today that I got yet another crap plate and blade for my grinder, made with garbage steel.

Assuming you a hammerless j-frame, check out VZ's high horn grips they helped develop for Lipsey's UC series.
