I have a half box of Winchester super X 22 LR I inherited and looked into today and found it's corroding. Must have gotten damp some time in the past.

Cheap enough since I didn't pay for it, but wondered about any fixes for it. Or should I just dispose of it.

Thanks

I'd throw it in the tumbler for a little bit if it was really cruddy, otherwise as long as it will chamber I'd just shoot it.

Just be sure that when finished tumbling the "powder doesn't show through" :)

FWIW, .22LR ammo never looks very good, even when brand new. Looks worse after you dig it out of your jacket pocket after it's been there a couple of years  Same for tackle box, trunk (under the spare tire), or glove box.
