As new S&W vertical Foregrip. Nice sturdy waterproof unit, new lithium batteries, instructions. OE unit and not regularly retail, I see similar units at discounters for $80 to $90 so this seems fair to me. Picatinny mount; if you have m-lok a small cheap adapter will convert it. I do not think I have one but I will check and include it if I do. If not, I can show you how to get one for a few dollars on Amazon. Has multiple modes - on, touch sensor, strobe - not sure of all of them.
