badly written article to be sure... Apparently I missed the part where two 60 year old men were able to act like adults, and instead acted like a pair of 5 year olds throwing sand at each other until one of them decided to escalate to deadly force. Is there bias in this case? yea, sounds like there is, however a good chunk of that bias seems to stem from a shooting that could have been completely avoidable, wait scratch that, SHOULD have been AVOIDED.
Really in this situation, people like harryman do nothing but make CPL/CHL holders look like cowboys out to settle scores over petty matters... While on the one hand, I'm not sure a nearly 6 year sentence is a great thing for a 67 year old, this guy is a jackass and it's probably just as well he's off the streets.
