Civilian gun ownership in Syria is 3.9

According to the small arms survey, Syria has a 3.9% civilian gun ownership rate (guns per 100 capita). It is pretty clear these are not in the general population. I wonder what response ISIS would get, if the Syrian population had our 88% rate?

I don't think we can fully appreciate how much pain and fear a population must experience to make the decision to leave it all behind, just to survive. If armed, the choices might be different.

One more point that emphasizes the importance of having the willingness to fight in the political arena, and right to the streets and into the countryside if it ever becomes necessary to never allow ourselves to be disarmed.
The 2nd Amendment was NEVER about hunting. It is about preservation of freedom and independence and there is nothing that can ever be allowed to take that from us. The Left had really better think about that one and change the track they are on while they can.
