Wonder if a person could develop a breed of "Guernsey", and miniaturize it? Fresh cream in your coffee every morning.

When a kid knew a guy who had one of those cows. His Mom sold the milk in gallon containers and the top several inches was cream. Instead of keeping that separate I would stir it in each time and DAMN it was GOOD!
They have a breed of miniature cows now that are cute little things. I am sure they could miniaturize this breed if someone wanted to spend the time to do it.
