My absolute favorite breakfast.

One of my absolute favorites, my Mom used to make it pretty often. I still love it, but when I eat it now (55)I swear I can just barely hear my arteries clanging shut.
Jubitz has a really good chicken fried steak, but the gravy is out of a can. There is a restaurant/bar across from New Seasons on Interstate and Rosa Parks that has a respectable version.
I have the recipe for Jubitz around here from the Oregonian, if anybody is interested I will find it and post it.
