    4 cubed or tenderized steaks

    1 cup flour + 1/2 cup flour

    1 cup Panko

Spice, I used Montreal seasoning, Garlic powder and a little salt and pepper to taste.

    3 eggs

    Oil for pan frying

You can buy the steak cubed/tenderized or pound it with a mallet the object is to break the connective tissue.

1st get the oil in the pan to 350 degrees just as you would to fry chicken.

On a plate spread out the 1/2 cup of flour

Mix the 1 cup flour, 1 cup panko, and spices in a rectangular casserole pan.

Break the 3 eggs and beat well into a bowl.

One at a time you will dust the steaks with the flour from the plate, dip the steak into the egg covering it and then coat both sides with the flour panko mixture and then place into the hot oil.

You cook the steak on one side until you see a good amount of blood showing on the top, if your heat is up there it will probably take 2 minutes, then you flip it over and cook another 2 minutes until golden brown.

Eat with some nice country gravy

But first, could I have some more gravy for the potatoes? Mmmmm.......:thumbup:

Wife roasted a turkey today and we feasted on that with homemade stuffing and green beans. And she made a delicious fruit salad.

    I'm okay now!

We're having potato soup today, just got done cutting up the potatoes and onions a few minutes ago. The cube steak is in the refer though, we were supposed to have it today but my wife changed the menu for some reason!

With my organic Italian green beans frozen from last year, russet potato and buttered garlic-sourdough bread. Too early for my chives or they would be all over that buttered 'tato
