I think they are the same frame. "SF" indicates a Gen 3 "short frame" which means shorter length of pull than original Glock large frame.

Despite what the description says about drilling, if this is serialized and requires an FFL it does not need to be drilled. I would call Arm or Ally to clarify before buying but this will be the cheapest Glock 20 frame you can find.
