WTH?? At least 2 of those that were arrested CONFESSED!! Basically said they didn't really have any reason for starting the 30+ fires or so... just being stupid.

That absolves them of any charges??????

I saw some of the photos on nextdoor. Crashed and then burned a van and a pickup truck right in the middle of the park. But apparently if you do that 36 times in Portland, it's ok. This is one f'd up place I'll tell you. There is no law here anymore.
