How bubbleguming long does it take you to put earpro on, especially at the range, where the expectation is that something very loud could happen? Chances are they are within arms reach or even on your person (ie: around your neck). If they aren't, well, that's not very good planning on your part.

You keep berating this 15 second point, but go time yourself. If it takes you more than 15 seconds to put earpro on, then you should practice in front of a mirror for a bit.

I dont know the experience level of the guests in question.
Ive commented the exact time isnt the issue, the OP literally admitted he knew they didnt have earpro on when he fired. Its all there if you scroll up to read.

Well..I always figured there were people out there who lived by this line of thinking. It's a deep subject to get into.

I myself also live live how I want to live, within the laws and moral behavior commonly accepted by my society. I guess if I chose not to live by those laws and moral expectations, I would face the consequences.

No, I said I knew , or at least assumed, the others at the range were not wearing hearing protection when I got there. Thats why I announced the range was hot and gave them adequate time to put in hearing protection if they chose to.
