Can't cook bacon???

Wow. I've got bacon, eggs and pancakes down pat!!!
Practice makes perfect & it's easy peasy on a griddle.

I make campsite passable pancakes, but they're subpar coming out of an actual kitchen.

I do better with meatballs and stuff like that...

I am a heretic and I confess to heresy - I buy precooked bacon at Costco and then nuke it for about 45 seconds until it crumbles. I like mine crisp and I am too lazy to deal with the grease from cooking raw bacon.

2 parts black coffee and 1 part bacon grease.
Loved it on hash browns or mashed potatoes.

Breakfast has become a lost skill since my boys grow'd up and moved away. These days it generally entails at least some element(s) of last night's dinner.
I now order pizza specifically for it's ability to be turned into an omlette tomorrow morning.

And, yes... that means NO PINEAPPLE.
