83 firearms and 11,000 rounds of ammo?
I think many of us can match that

"To achieve this, they took part in military-style training, as well as shooting, ambush, survival and navigation exercises. They also conducted a scouting operation," the RCMP said in a statement."

that could apply to my place. I taught my son how to use a Military engineering compass and shoot an AR - is he now a terrorist?

is Thunder Ranch in Oregon a terrorist training camp?
what about Boy Scout Summer camps? Shooting, survival, navigation and scouting operations?!?!

"I would probably put it in one of the top caches of disrupted plots around the world, particularly in Nato countries."
says RCMP-led Integrated National Security Enforcement Team

RCMP is pretty solid. It wasn't boy scout camp or teaching yer kid how to shoot. It is degens.

Oh my gosh I am so important I am questioning whether my pocket knife is gonna get me assassinated by a joint task force of CIA, INTERPOL and the FBI!!

I'm not yet at that gun count, but I have waaayyyy more loaded ammo.
that was 83 firearms for 4 people
even I have more than that
the FBI busted that many up in Lacy earlier this year
and those Canadian want-a-bes didn't have an MG-42

"top caches of disrupted plots around the world" - my behind!!
the Oath Keepers in Illinois have 885 known members and thousands of more weapons
4 people are a dangerous anti government militia to the RCMP??!?
I know Mormon families with more people and weapons

I'm a poor, and I own uh; only 12 guns total. Though; ammo wise? Probably quite a bit more than "12"...22, .40, .410, .45, 5.56, 6.5 Grendel and 12ga :s0140:

4 people, little over 20 guns each, just under 3,000 rounds each?

This story is just the latest part of "too much news." And the sensationalism that gets people to look at their smart phone for hours a day.

I've seen couples in restaurants, sitting across from each other. They both are on their smart phones, paying no attention to each other. What a sad state of affairs.

There is the one picture that accompanies the article. In it, a number of long, obsolete, "Pahoo's cannon" type rifles may be seen. One near the point of view seems to be missing parts. I suppose the relics are counted in the total.

There is no specific limit to the amount of ammunition you may possess in Canada, in general. There is a 225 kilo (near 500 pounds) limit on how much ammo you may store in a dwelling. Rather like the safety limits most jurisdictions in the US have on storing smokeless propellants.

Ah, who knows, if some of us here were subjected to this kind of scrutiny, there would be expressions of wonderment from some quarters, I'm sure. I can hear it now, "It's just not reasonable. It's just not normal."

Obviously, the disease of the left is as rampant in our northern neighbor as it is here.

Sensationalistic news. Gotta get their attention even if it's a "meh" article.

To many on the left in our country, yes, yes they are.

From the article:
"We're not talking about al-Qaida and Islamic State. We're talking about anti-Muslim, 'Incel' or anti-government extremists. And I think that's one of those things that Canadians don't necessarily understand. The Islamic State makes the news, but it's really this other type of terrorism that's the real problem in this country."

Incel = involuntary celibate
I understand the relationship to this and some of the mass killers in our country, but since when did not getting laid make you a terrorist? Wow. So, yes, all of the groups listed by @rjmt are no doubt terrorists to them.
