Not quite the way Humidity works. It is a % of water the air can hold at a particular temperature.
The colder the air the less it can hold, If you warm that air up to a higher temperature the Relative Humidity will go way down.
The opposite is true. If you have humid air and drop the temperature it starts to rain.

I lived in Phoenix for a bit. Loved the weather there, but life as a way of planting you where it likes. Besides, my cool toys couldn't come with me
