only 20,000 of these made. This one was produced in 1923. Needs restored. Barrel is original length, sights have been added because rear sight taken off. Needs special attention to rear sight area where holes were ground down. Should be easy to fix with the right skill and time. Rear sights are hard to find but I can include some 1917 rear sights to fabricate. Wood and nose cap are only other job standard items. Remember this was a trials rifle and not run of the mill. I would never have sporterized it and this is the way I got it. Bore is in very good condition with plenty of shine. Includes magazine cutoff and screw. Would like trade for numbers matching German K98 in original condition or best offer cash. Picture with red background shows what an original rear setup is like for reference only. $650 SOLD.
