Work injury forces sale. Everything is brand new. The belt was purchased from T Rex Arms and includes inner belt. Size medium. The pouches were purchased from Esstac. 1 mid length AR kywi, and 1 double mag gap kywi, and a small med pouch. The TQ is a gen 7 CAT with holder from NA Rescue. Price is firm. No trades. I'm a 32 inch waist and I have it cinched down. I'd say 32-36" realistically. The inner belt has tons of play for a larger waist. The outter belt on me touches end to end which I probably could have gone smaller but it fits nicely
