Understanding Oregon's Gun Laws is another good book but it is currently unavailable from OFF (Oregon Firearms Federation). Looks as it is going through an update for new laws. <broken link removed>

Thanks Deadeye, I've seen that one but I am specifically looking for one authored by Can Ham or Can Field. Perhaps it doesn't exist. I've looked everywhere but the person who described it to me mentioned that he had seen it for sale here. He said that he read it in the 90s. It's for a legal matter so it's important that I locate the exact book that he learned from. Thanks again.
