After years of admiring them, it's time for me to own a nice derringer. I'd really like to buy a Bond Arms Ranger but am a little concerned about it's lack of a trigger guard.

Comments, advice or opinions from anyone carrying a Bond Arms Derringer?

I finally bought the Bond Arms Snake Slayer IV from ABG - Corvallis Guns and am anxiously awaiting delivery to my FFL. The BAD / Bond Arms Driving holster is also ordered and ammo is on my shelf. By Tuesday I should have it in hand...

BTW I did learn that the Bond Arms Ranger II does have a trigger guard.

I'm a bad shot too but it seems to improve with a shotgun.. Even if it is "only" a 410..
Besides that just looking down the wrong end of the bore of that puppy makes bad guys get real jittery.. Like maybe they have something real urgent they want to do on the other side of town..
