The last one I saw on GB was $800 bucks a week ago, an older version, 1980's I think. I have 2 .41 mag pistols ( S&W Mtn Gun , Ruger Blkhwk) also. the older Marlin is a straight grip,
the newer version is a pistol grip(1894fg), saw one of those a couple months ago for $750 bucks. If you really want one; try auctionarms.com or gunbroker.com and stay on top of it daily.
