Are you guys up North ready for some wind and power outages?

Every weather guesser has a different idea.

I watch Weather Underground. They say nothing about it.

The Karens on "Nextdoor App" are squawking about it.
All's I can say is, plan accordingly.
We're going through the usual wet cycle and the news channels will use this to further their evidence of something or other.
Climate blah blah.
Meanwhile, any of us that have ever cut a tree down that has been around for more than 100 years will see the rings tell a
story. Years with lots of precipitation. and years with little, Years with "average" precipitation.

Generators fueled up, 15gal of extra ethanol free fuel, in the mini generator, should be enough for some house lights, the TV, internet, and xbox...

"Bomb Cyclone" previously known as "winter storm." So annoying. Is there going to be an "atmospheric river" also?
Well they don't have Trump to rail on anymore! And if they don't keep the EXTREME weather phenomenon going and going, how are they going to get the "Climate Change" rioters all fired up? Simple, really.

Bomb cyclone….

Ole Southeastern New Englander here, I survived many a Nor'easter not to mention a couple of true, honest to gawd blizzards…. And a hurricane or two…

Some wind and some rain, nothing to worry about, just another fall/winter in the PNW…

I will say that during my time in the Navy as a West Coast Sailor I went thru 2 Typhoons and don't get me wrong they were big and windy with lots of rain but the worst water I ever saw was in the gulf of Alaska when one of these winter storms was raging. The ship I was on was 800' long and you could feel the hull flex when the bow went under water. It was 48' to the waterline.
