I've never had a case stuck with One Shot but I have with Dillon Case lube! I like One shot! They called it that because one shot of it is all you'd use after your first case stuck in the die.

I use Heet rather than alcohol. It evaporates faster.I've tried every case lube on the market and this home brew is the best. Commercial case lubes are expensive, messy and don't work as well. This home brew consists of liquid lanolin and 99% or 91% isopropyl alcohol. Ratio is 1 part lanolin to 9 parts alcohol. Simply mix it up, put in any spray container and squirt it on your cartridge case. The alcohol is simply to transport and evenly distribute the lanolin. Let it evaporate completely before resizing. I got the lanolin from Amazon for $8 and the alcohol at a drug store for about $4.

I use the pad RCBS lube/pad too. I don't like it, but never have I had a stuck case. And it's kind of surprising just how little lube can be on the case for it size real smooth and easy. You have to clean off any lube you use anyway don't you? Even the sheep excretions/alcohol mix?I still use the RCBS pad and lube. I like it because it's water soluble. I often rinse cases rather than tumble them.
I also have a tin of Imperial, use it for small jobs and wipe off with lacquer thinner.
Yes, it doesn't take a lot to do the job. And you don't want to use too much anyway, which can result in lube dents in rifle cases. And it's kind of surprising just how little lube can be on the case for it size real smooth and easy.
