Thanks, puts a little more light on it. Hard to say which side of course is telling the whole story here. Have to say when out of uniform may be better to let the damn kids run if they wished but If the LEO is telling the truth and not embellishing the story? I can see it happening.

However, with this appeal according to the article, he'll probably be on the hook for attorney fees which will probably be something like 20-50x as much as the $1500 judgment.
