Hey everyone,

My name is Chris, I've been a "member" of this site for about a year.

I'm actually looking to get a CHL, so if someone can steer me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it. I live in SE Portland, but work in the Clackamas area.

I'm currently down to just 3 firearms. My Taurus model 605, as I keep as my primary personal/home defense weapon. A Bakal Makarov and a Norinco Tokarev.

For those familiar with InRange/Forgotten Weapons, I am a YT subscriber as well as a utreon contributor, as I love Ian's work.

I do reload ammunition, but I haven't done it since the major COVID lockdown/quarantine in 2020. So if you have questions there, I might be able to offer my practical knowledge & experience.

TCGC.org offers a multistate CHL class where you can meet the training requirements for Oregon, Utah, and Arizona.
The reciprocal privileges make this worthwhile.

TCGC is the Tricounty Gun Club in Sherwood.

I didn't think so but I just checked and the multistate class is currently offered to members and their guests.
It wouldn't hurt to call or contact them at TCGC.org and just ask.

Check out the organized clean ups. It's the best way to meet the community and learn where and how to use public lands responsibly.

We are doing non ODFW supported cleanups at public forests - check the North Fork Wolf Creek Road thread in resources.
