Wow! Times are a changing.

I bought a BCA side charger about eight months ago for about $500. Since I have several AR's that are int the $1,000 to $3,000 range, I was skeptical about performance. But I wanted a side charger.
The performance is hard to believe. After probably 800 rounds down the pipe, not a single malfunction. And I'm hitting half dollar size targets at 100 yards.

And now the price is $400? Cool!

They also offer a AR10 side charger for $535.

I gotta be honest here, my experience was different. Yes, it's a side charging upper for less. But I can't say I'm impressed with the barrel BCA included with mine.

The accuracy is terrible - so bad, in fact, that the only time I've ever paid for a new barrel to replace one I purchased brand new is for the barrel I got from BCA.

I guess it's hit or miss?

I have a side charging BCA 7.62x39. It's a left-handed model because, I am left-handed! Once I put the correct adjustable gas block on, and just the right buffer, the thing has run like a champion. Very accurate and the cost Was better than others on the market.
