Just curious. What problems did you have?
I have a BCA .308 upper on an Aero lower. Fit and function are great.

The pins did not line up on mine, large gap at the back of the upper, in the buffer area. The upper and lower look is horrible, I ended up using a CA lower. Much better fit and finished look, pins lined up.
Aero looks and fits better with Aero parts.
I have a 24" barreled BCA on a CA lower that fit together much better and the pins hold the upper and lower, the BCA didn't go on the Aero lower or a PSA lower I tried.
