I am in Boardman, OR but willing to travel to Hermiston or so to make the sale. If you buy more stuff from me I will travel to Tri-Cities and surrounding areas. Selling Shellback Tactical Banshee ballistic Plate Carrier/ Vest with level III+ plate and trauma pad. Plate is by AR500ARMOR and has extra thick buildup option to stop fragments. Plate is level III+ which means it can stop the 5.56 round as well as AK47 round, this is not level III ! It's better. manufacturered in 2015, plate has 20 year warranty. it is multi hit capable. Like new condition. asking $200 or best offer. please see my other stuff for sale so we can combine purchases, thanks
