Hate to break it to you, but you're up against forces you cannot begin to comprehend. The internet has vast and powerful dark forces of which we dare not speak. Suffice it to say they've taken an interest in this case, and have arrayed their full battery of voting scripts against this. For the lulz, mostly.

Anyway, point is, if the 'no, don't ban the flag' ever gets ahead, it will only make them angrier. Then they add more voting bots. See what happened to last year's 'time person of the year' contest. Just days after voting opened, their chosen candidate was ahead by more votes than there are people in the country.

This guy might have an extra for ya if you cant find yours MountainBear. He made me one and it works great!

Banning the Flag is like banning apple pie, in my humble opinion. But the anti-god, anti-gun, and anti-flag freaks are among us always. And need to be taken to the vet and put to sleep. Again just my humble opinion, not meant to flame.:s0155:

He's talking about robot programs ("Bots") which can be launched to tamper with internet poll results by repeatedly voting thousands of times one way, faster than any human can "dial" an address. Sophisticated polls are designed to only accept one vote per internet address, so in that case "Botnets" are activated to evade that design. A Botnet is a huge number of "innocent" computers that have had bots implanted in them via virus and trojan infections, without the owners' notice. The hacker can awaken all of these thousands of hidden bots and instruct them to do almost anything, such as vote falsely in an internet poll, then go dormant again until the next prank. Unless conducted by the most respected internet security corporations, internet polls are usually complete garbage that has been tampered with.......................elsullo :(

Yep.
And there's a pretty big segment of the net who likes to tweak people's noses. They find it amusing to insult whatever it is you hold dear, and try to get a reaction. Its called 'trolling'. And we are powerless to stop it. Only way is to ignore it and hope they go away.
