My Rx inhaler has an expiration date. So, I suspect that it would be the same for an OTC inhaler. That being said, the date is more than "a few months". And, I have been known to use expired medicine. Maybe even giving myself three pumps instead of the regular two pumps with the expired inhaler.:eek:

Mind you that I'm NOT saying that anyone else should do the same.

No one in our immediate family is asthmatic, but it is a common ailment. I didn't realize an OTC version is available and could see putting one in the big metal medkit just because.
