@RedneckRampage. Thanks for the tag I don't use much thru hole and we use LCR meters now for modern capacitors.

If it's Tektronix surplus parts are prob beyond shelf life especially the electrolytic caps and hard to tell from the photos but looks as if the lead's on most them have oxide on them also.
