In all likely hood the groups mentioned with any real influence to actually organize any kind of real group of fighters would already have been infiltrated with government agents, and soon after eliminated with minimal effort by a superior military force with better weapons,intel, tech, and ability to siege a location, and bombard with powerful ordinance if they so choose. These little groups wouldn't stand a chance against the military, and their ability to actually organize on a scale able to take on military is minimal at best.

Perhaps, Though what we're most likely talking about if it even got to this point would be rural warfare, and The military I doubt would risk guerilla warfare with militants, and since the coasts would no doubt be fully controlled by the establishment, I think it be safe to say that there are a lot more bombastic options available in a rural area against a smaller, dug in force. If the military can take out a minimal group in one day with large ordinance, or something similar and cut the news cycle, and paint those dead as terrorists, that's a win to them. It's all about hearts, and minds, and no way in hell is any of these groups going to thrive for long anywhere near the coastal areas of this country.
