I use these in ALL of my ARs. Soooooo smooth and quiet. They will dramatically improve the feel and recoil impulse of your rifle/pistol. This is the H2 weight/4.7oz equivalent. I got a sylvan arms folding stock adapter and unfortunately I had to use a standard buffer and spring, so this one is for sale. BRAND NEW. Never shot. Paid $79 at curts a few days ago. Will take $55.
