Arc Lighter. Worth it, or gimmick?

I had no interest in these arc-lighters. My neighbor was over the other night, we were attempting to light some cigars, but his little arc-lighter wasn't up to the task.

I have the Zippo version. I'd say it's worth the gimmick. It's nice to be able to plug it in to refuel, rather than having to have butane or white gas on hand.

Have Not used one, and see no reason to start.
Still use strike anywhere matches when camping, and have both a butane and old school lighter fluid type for backup.

I had a friend who tried rolling Skoal in a Zig-Zag. He didn't make to the part about hard to light because it was too soggy to roll.
