I have a Condor MOPC carrier with two open top 556 mag holders and a zippered pouch (mags arent included:confused:)

Plates are Level 3, rated to stop multiple hits of anything up to 556 and 308. Front and back plates included... 10"x12"
Carrier has the option of using 6" side plates, which are not included.

Nice solid setup, carrier can adjust to hold up to 11x14 plates if you wanted. MOLLE everywhere and fully adjustable to pretty much any size.
I am about 6' 175... I have the adjustments about in the middle, with several inches to go in either direction. 99% sure it will fit you too.
