AR15 pistol brace question

I'm pretty sure the lowers I bought were listed as "Receiver".

- close enough. That's just what the guys at the store tell me.
- I think we should just get a build party together on some 80 percents then it won't matter

I was at the range today, saw four people. None of them talked to me. Broad daylight. Not one ATF Agent in sight.

My guess is that I am going to go to my grave not ever having been bothered by someone while I shoot my AR15 pistol any way I like.

It's all about intent. As long as you don't intend to use it as an SBR or a stock you're ok. Now, if you go and take over a bank and walk out with money.... I'm sure they will add an extra charge since you shouldered it etc.

Bottom line, what I'm hearing is that as long as you are out and about, shooting and having fun, it's no big deal. Don't go around showing it off as a loophole to a paperless SBR and you'll be good to go. If you come across any uniforms and or badges, just chill for a while lol, granted they might be hiding and scoping you out.... just be smart and again, INTENT is the key.
