Anyone in newberg with scope mounting / lapping kit

Anyone here in newberg or relatively close have a scope mounting setup with laps for a few days? The rings I'm most worried about are 30mm but I would be nice to be able to do my 1" rings on my other 2 scopes while I'm at it. I just can't justify buying one for something I would probably never use again after getting these done. I don't drive due to medical reasons so it would have to be someone close by.
