I haven't heard of the 10mm doing it...
Most likely because there aren't that many out there compared to 9mm I would guess. It's a flawed design IMO and the tiny, tiny, risk of an UD is enough to make me stay away from them forever. I actually wrote off the p320 when they were not drop safe originally. That told me it's a flawed design. I have other sig pistols that I trust but I won't own a p320 personally.

I've heard that theory before. I'll be getting one with a manual safety and I suspect there might be enough difference between the 9mm and 10mm that the problem may not be present in the 10mm. I've never seen anyone be able to make the AD occur on purpose or in a repeatable manner.

Manual safety is smart imo. Just a guess but perhaps that totally eliminates the potential problem.
