Any good gun smiths in/around Seattle?

Got an M4gery upper w/ YHM FF rail & phanton FH. Just purchased a DD Omega FF rail. I need somebody to:

1: remove FH, FSB, & YHM Rail.
2. Install delta ring assembly(I have it w/ me)
3. Install handguard cap to eliminate FSB/rail gap.

Anybody know a good place w/ reasonable prices?

Discount Gun Sales up in lake city, I think on 113th and lake city way. I took my lever action there to get fixed up and they had it back to me in 2 days. There's also stan bakers in the same area, but when i called they said there was a 3 to 4 month turn around.

Ok sounds good, I dont think doing what I need done takes much skill or time just got to have the right tools. I tried calling rainerarms but no answer, so i emailed them if I dont hear a response by monday I'll try discount, thanks guys.

You could probably buy the tools required for this job for the price a gunsmith will charge. There are detailed instructions on AR15.com. Just a thought.
