AK/Dragunov Russian Scope

I don't know a whole lot about this scope. I do know that they go on eBay for about $250, shipped from Russia.

This scope is made in Belarus and has an illuminated range finding reticule, even though I don't exactly know how to use it. It comes complete with the rubber eye piece, flip up cover, and mount that clamps onto the side rail of an AK family rifle.

The batteries are dead, because it got left on (ON/OFF is in Russian writing). It is in perfect condition.

I am asking $200 for it.
