Adding a trustee post 41F ?

I want to add a trustee to my trust in the post 41F implementation world. Not sure what the regs actually state now as far as adding a trustee to an existing pre 41F trust. Anyone know?

That is understanding too, based upon what I've heard from the law firm that created my trust, and what I've seen online. Whoever is a "responsible person" at the time of filing a form has to have all the extra paper work submitted for them, but actually adding or removing a trustee remains the same.

Nothing changes with regards to the trust and existing assets of the trust.

If you buy/make and add a new item into the trust, you would need to have them do the responsible person form, etc.
