Can we change the Action Alert header? I think it's great to have one, but the current one isn't relative any longer and leaving it up there is going to desensitize people to a point where they will just ignore it and it will no longer catch their attention.

Again, with politics they way they are we will need it again, and I want it to catch people attention.
