A2 Buttstock help please

I have this buttstock and want to use it on a AR15. I know I need a new buffer tube. Do I need a different buffer and spring too? I believe this came off a M16. The stock has a trap door.

Of you are swapping froman A1 the only diffs are a plastic spacer at the end of the tube and a lomger screw.

The threads on the pictured buffer tube are too coarse. Maybe my eyes are failing me. I didn't see if the tube would fit but the threads sure look too coarse to me.

Well, that's embarrassing! Not as embarrassing as buying parts that I already have would have been. The threads still look too coarse. Never assume anything, Thank's fellas

They're the same, the different finishes cast the illusion from the lighting. When in doubt, interlock the threads and see if they're the same thread pitch.
