Hadn't thought of that? BUT, I'll bet those would have the long lead-in? Hmm, just looked at 'em, it does say 14mm and 18mm ends.

Yep, forgot I have that one.
The one I have should work for that.

They're about as much as a tap though.
I work off of Columbia and you can swing by tomorrow and pick it up if you want to try it.

That $30.00 tap worked like a charm. Everything went together perfect. Fresh coolant, power steering fluid, hoses and belts. Fired it up, brought it up to temp, bled power steering, and no leaks. Good for another 36 years and 179,000 miles.

Anybody want to buy an 18mm-1.5 thread tap? $15.00?

Hang on to it for the lawnmower or oxygen sensor hint hint.....I have drawers full of special lil tools like that.
