That seems like a reasonable deal for a decent gun. Great stock, okay action. Add QUALITY optics and a mounting system and some match grade ammo and get some practice in...

Probably this one. If I had the money, it would be the one of your choices I would buy. The McMillan stocks are among the best. While I prefer a Remington action, there's nothing wrong with the FN PBR. It's essentially a Winchester Model 70 action. It looks like the owner of the gun in the link put together a nice set-up...
