What headstamp do they have? Copperwashed or laquered?

I don't know the headstamp..
The tins aren't open
I'm sure they are copper washed

Russian, made in 1980, probably in Frunze. Light ball, steel core, copper washed case. Good Russian milsurp. Don't have any myself so can't speak to how it shoots, but is sought after.
