Weird - ordered plenty of times from optics planet. Never an issue - but I don't mind waiting the weeks it takes to arrive.

I'd be happy if it wasn't going on six months...

I would agree. That does seem excessive. On a positive note, one time I bought something from them and a competitor listed the same item for about $100 less. I wrote their customer service and explained that I either wanted them to match the price, or I'd have to return the order when it arrived and go with the competitor. They beat it by a dollar and without even any fuss about it.

I submitted a cancellation request for my flashlight order on Feb 1st. As of Monday Feb. 8th I had received zero correspondence back from Optics Planet and no indication of a refund on my card.

So, I called my credit card company and had them reverse the charge. Done.

Sleazy azz business as far as I'm concerned.
