4 studless snow tires

Toyo Observe GP4 snow tires mounted on 5 lug wheels. 16" Wheels. Appear to be for small truck or SUV, but I am not 100% on this.
Look to have been used only 1 season.
Asking $150 OBO. Free set of chains NIB, but I believe they are different size.

But would prefer to trade for same value in ammo in: .44mag,
.357, .38SPL, 9MM, .223, 5.56, or .45 ACP
