I'm looking for another 38spl revolver. ~3 inch barrel or less? No brand preferences, no cosmetic requirements, but must be in good working order.

I can go up to $350 if it includes a decent quality holster.

I agree! Unfortunately in the shops I've visited they prefer to have their cheapest model be a $450 pink charter arms snub.
