Frame wedge needs some tightening, or a replacement, i did fire it one cylinder full, i used buckshot, it was kinda fun, lost interest.

An easy fix here is to buy a Colt 1851 Navy wedge pin ( Which is bigger than the one in OP ) ...and file to fit.
