Really nice rifle
Shoots great. Ive had it out to 200yds accurately.
Bore is a little dark but no pitting and strong rifling
Few marks on the stock
Numbers on bbl and receiver match. Bolt & magazine do not appear to be serialized
Overall an excellent rifle

Im really looking to TRADE for another rifle...

Looking for something in 30-06... could be an 03 Springfield (sporterized or not) maybe a nice commercial hunting rifle... but I want IRON SIGHTS!
Also be nice if you had some ammo to throw in, or reloading components maybe? Otherwise if offering a gun alone, please factor the ammo in this deal when considering trade values.

I MAY be talked into trading for a single action .357 OR a 12ga or 20ga coach gun OR a Henry single shot OR something else, if you like the rifle just make an offer

I have almost the same rifle. I bought it here in Spokane back in 1983 or 1984 at the General Store. Got it when I was stationed at Fairchild Air Force base. Took my first of many Washington State deer with it. Then took quite a few hogs with it in Florida over the years down there. They are really great guns.
